MAY UPDATES

Hello Everyone!

There’s nothing better than watching the weather change, enjoying the sunshine and long days. I’m finally coming out of the wintering phase of the year, and getting energised for the rest of 2024. If you’re not based in Edinburgh, I hope this is happening for you as well!

In the last few months, my work has shifted away from architectural because it’s been too cold to go out and collect reference images from around the city - if we’ve met, you know that I don’t begin to function until the weather hits 20º, and preferably would be around 35! This week, I’m starting to move about and do more primary research for more architectural flash. Hopefully, in the coming months, we’ll make lots of cool pieces together!

My books will be opening on the 17th May for appointments to take place in June. I’ll be taking a week off toward the end of the month, as well as the first week of July, so make sure to book in if you want a tattoo soon - I will have very limited space in June to tattoo.

I’ve just created a line of hoodies that I’m really excited about - hopefully this is the beginning of further limited edition clothing and merch drops. It’s been so freeing and wonderful to practice my art in other mediums with different outcomes such as clothing, and I’m hoping to branch out to prints of my work as well. Currently, my limited edition hoodies are only available to people in Edinburgh who are able to collect from the studio in Leith. I am currently working on launching an online shop which will allow for shipping options, and I’m hoping to have this launched in the coming weeks!
